The room was silent and brand-new with shower facilities, a bidet, and bath sheets in the private bathroom.

The hotel was located near restaurants and bars, the nightlife, and several Malls. It was in the central location close to everything. There were a writing desk and a kettle in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that.

I would say it's wonderful base for staying and exploring Makati City. The staff on first arrival and continued in this manner. The lobby restaurant for breakfast is what you need.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to restaurants, convenience stores, and a nearby church. It was also situated along the main road, making it easy to navigate. The rooms were nice and clean, and the lobby and restaurant had a chic and stylish design. The staff were exceptional in terms of their friendliness and helpfulness. One staff member, in particular, named Dexter, went above and beyond to take care of my father when he wasn't feeling well during our stay. They even provided a complimentary snack for him, which was a nice gesture. We will definitely consider coming back in the future.

That there was no sunlight in the rooms, which made them feel a bit dark. I had to change rooms at one point and the second room had a strong scent that was difficult to get rid of since the windows couldn't be opened.

Location: the hotel was so close to restaurants and touristy areas and mall and the cafe. Had dinner at Chihuahua Mexican Grill, set 5 mins away on foot😃

The room was well-kept with ac and Netflix, for example, liked our time there. The location in a cozy area was absolutely perfect and there were shopping centers and convenience stores nearby. It took us approximately 20 minutes' drive to the airport.

Also - near uptown mall and BGC high street, the center of Poblacion, and shopping centers. A nice size and well-kept rooms with nice decoration.

The location is unbeatable and excellant, 2 km from Greenbelt Mall. The restaurant is about 500 metres from here. Lobby restaurant on the premises is good! When I am in Makati City, I like staying here.

My Christmas stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The room design was modern and sleek, and the bed was so comfortable that I had the best night's sleep. The hotel's facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the lobby was a great place to work with plenty of sockets for my laptop. Another fantastic feature was the complimentary WiFi, which was fast and stable, perfect for all my online needs. Oh, and the espresso machine in the lobby serving delicious Filipino coffee was a wonderful touch!

While my stay was mostly perfect, there were a couple of minor downsides. the rooms did not have windows, which I found a little disappointing as I enjoy natural light.

I thoroughly enjoyed this, haven't been in a better hotel. Staff were especially helpful and the venue was cute, it had unbeatable location near to different restaurants & mall. I was there for 7 nights and ate at lobby restaurant for breakfast. There was bidet, a plus for me. It offered great service and good food too.
